Lake Pointe Redevelopment District

In July 2024, Fluor vacated its 1+ million square foot office campus at Lake Pointe, paving the way for a new vision. With the adoption of a fresh mixed-use zoning district, this 70-acre area—anchored by the 52-acre former Fluor campus—is poised to transform into a vibrant, walkable hub. Embracing modern land uses that blend live/work spaces, retail, dining, and recreational amenities, Lake Pointe is set to become a dynamic centerpiece for Sugar Land's future.
