Details
The Sugar Land Town Center Regional Activity Center is a cornerstone for business, culture, and community, anchored by Town Square, First Colony Mall, and Methodist Hospital. Established in 2003 through a public-private partnership, the 32-acre Town Square features Class A office space, residential condos, retail, restaurants, and a Marriott hotel and conference center. Now in partnership with Rebees and Lionstone, the area is being redeveloped into a premier mixed-use destination with 1.4 million square feet of space, including 566,000 square feet of office, 252,000 square feet of retail and dining, and a new 1.4-acre pedestrian plaza—enhancing walkability and opportunity in Sugar Land’s growing Regional Activity Center.
