Fostering Unique Neighborhoods (F.U.N.) Grant

The F.U.N. Grant helps HOAs, POAs, and recognized community groups bring new life to neighborhoods and commercial areas through beautification, placemaking, and mobility projects. These efforts enhance quality of life, celebrate local character, and support economic growth by creating spaces that attract and retain residents and workers.

Formerly known as the SL4B Joint Capital Improvement Project (JCIP) Program.
