  • Employees: 425

The Beginnings

Since 2009, family owned business Accredo Packaging has manufactured and supplied sustainable high-added value flexible packaging for pre-packaged foods and consumer products found in many retail grocers across North America, as well as internationally. A leader in its industry, Accredo was the first to produce a reverse printed and laminated all-recyclable pouch. The company has substantially grown as the demand for sustainable package solutions continues to rise, more than doubling its workforce since 2017.

Growing & Expanding

Accredo completed its third, $50 million expansion in March 2020 to meet the increasing demand for its products. The expansion created an additional 200,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space, bringing the facility to nearly 550,000 square feet. As Accredo continues to grow, it is looking to add 100 jobs through 2021.

  • 45 Jobs Added in 2nd Expansion

Forward Thinking Innovation

The company’s modern and innovative facilities reflect its products and values, utilizing 100% wind-generated electrical power as well as processes designed to eliminate waste and minimize carbon footprint. Accredo was also the recipient of the 2019 Sugar Land Legacy Foundation Organization Award that celebrates the company’s outstanding performance, leadership and contributions to the community.

Accredo has continued to grow and expand as a thriving global company. Legacy Foundation President Sunny Sharma said. Their products cross international borders, and we are fortunate that they choose Sugar Land to connect the world. - Sunny Sharma, Legacy Foundation President
